Kitchen:

• 40mm engineered stone – Turbine Grey with waterfall with main cabinets in Classic White with all tall cabinets featuring Estella Oak featuring shadowline handles with finger-pull handles to integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher
• White glass splashback on low iron glass

Bathrooms:

• Floor to ceiling tiles – custom grout and size selection featuring custom vanities with drawers – wall mounted (one with 20mm black engineered stone on top and sides)
• Recessed custom mirror cabinet with LED lighting to open section
